Return and refund policy
Because our products are digital downloads, we generally do not offer returns or refunds once download or access has begun, except where required by applicable law.
EU right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, this withdrawal period normally starts from the day the contract is concluded.
Where applicable, by purchasing a digital product and requesting immediate access to it, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that you may lose any applicable right of withdrawal once download or access begins.

Refund timing
If you make a valid withdrawal or are legally entitled to a refund, we will issue the refund within 14 days after we receive your valid withdrawal request, using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Technical issues
If you experience a technical problem, please contact us at pjurgulis@gmail.com and we will do our best to help. Refunds may be offered where required by applicable law, including where a product is defective, corrupted, inaccessible, or materially not as described, and we are unable to provide a working replacement or otherwise resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
We do not offer refunds for:
- change of mind after download or access has begun
- accidental purchases after download or access has begun
- lack of software knowledge or skill
- incompatibility with software, hardware, or plugins that were clearly stated on the product page before purchase
