Return and refund policy

Because our products are digital downloads, we generally do not offer returns or refunds once download or access has begun, except where required by applicable law.

Where applicable, by purchasing a digital product and requesting immediate access to it, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose any applicable right of withdrawal once download or access begins.

If you experience a technical problem, please contact us at pjurgulis@gmail.com and we will do our best to help. Refunds may be offered where required by applicable law, including where a product is defective, corrupted, inaccessible, or materially not as described, and we are unable to provide a working replacement or otherwise resolve the issue within a reasonable time.

We do not offer refunds for:

• change of mind after download or access
• accidental purchases
• lack of software knowledge or skill
• incompatibility with software, hardware, or plugins that were clearly stated on the product page before purchase

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
